As President and CEO of Baker Hill, John Deignan is responsible for the overall performance of the business and the organization that delivers it. John is a dynamic senior executive with broad and diverse experience in global business management for large public, private, and private equity owned companies, generating millions of dollars in profitable growth. He is successful at building, reorganizing, and directing multi-disciplined teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions to market.
Deignan spent much of his career at Diebold Nixdorf, where he held various senior leadership positions. Most recently, he was chief marketing officer, overseeing daily operations supporting all aspects of global marketing and product management for the corporation. He was also vice president of Diebold Nixdorf’s North American sales division, where he was responsible for all commercial efforts and P&L performance for its North America National Accounts organization. Earlier during his tenure, he was in global leadership roles serving as Managing Director for country operations in Australia/New Zealand and subsequently for the country operations of Canada.
